Many people in the rural area are suffering from the problem of mobile connectivity and lack of internet access and, in consequence, impossible to report or complain their mobile signal issue to the mobile operator via Twitter or other social media. Based on numbers of mobile customer feedbacks and questions, NoServiceHere understands that in order to report using geolocation or geotag, the user is required to have certain speed of internet to be able to identify the location. We, therefore, considered and came up with an alternative method to improve user engagement, in particular those who come from or live in a poor connectivity as well not spot areas.
Apart from reporting via Twitter, we are proudly to announce our new feature for the users to "REPORT" their mobile signal problem regardless of the mobile operator.
This feature allows you to report the date and time when you encounter the mobile problem, the mobile operator, signal strength at that time, town, country, postcode (at the sector level), and add more information about the problem and how the issue has affected your experience.
If you are residing in the poor mobile service area or know someone who is currently living in that location or having difficulty to report, feel free to begin to report or share this link here. https://www.noservicehere.co.uk/report
